These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) product provided by SCAI Software Pty Ltd (“SCAI” or the “Company”) (ACN 662 090 735) at https://keyframe.build (the "Service").  By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Account

The primary means for accessing and using the Keyframe Service.

Client

A natural person or organisation who has accepted these Terms with Keyframe

Client Data

data uploaded or entered into the Platform by the Client

Data Allowance

The limit for the allowed volume of Client Data stored in a Workspace

Defect

An unintentional behaviour of the Platform that detrimentally impacts usage.

Platform

The integrated cloud “software as a service” platform for providing the Keyframe Services, including applications, software, databases, Data, interfaces, associated media, documentation, updates, new releases and other components or materials provided therewith;

Project

A specific set of Client Data housed within a Workspace.

User

A natural person granted the authorisation to access a Workspace.

Website

The internet site www.keyframe.build or any other site that Keyframe may use of provide its Clients in respect of Keyframe Services.

Workspace

The Keyframe Workspace as defined in clause 3.1

Workspace Plan

The plan associated with a Workspace providing specific functionality, user and project entitlements and Data Allowance.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on our website or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
